This Returns & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Peptiq Labs website (“Website”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Research Materials – Final Sale

Due to the nature of laboratory research materials, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and shipped.

Peptiq Labs does not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been:

• Opened

• Used

• Altered

• Improperly stored

• Handled outside of the original packaging

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited circumstances:

• You received an incorrect product

• Your order arrived damaged due to shipping issues

• Your order was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds or returns:

• Products purchased for laboratory research use

• Orders refused or returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer

• Orders delayed due to carrier issues beyond our control

• Orders seized, delayed, or restricted by customs or regulatory authorities

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Failure to provide required documentation may result in denial of a refund request.

 

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

• Products were purchased for non-compliant use

• Refund requests conflict with applicable laws or regulations

• The request indicates misuse or misrepresentation of intended research use

• Loss or damage after delivery

• Improper handling or storage by the buyer

• Use of products outside of lawful laboratory research contexts
